Measure Cuff Length (L)

Measure the distance between the wrist and the elbow crease. This determines whether you need a SHORT (SHT) or STANDARD (STD) cuff.

Tailor's measuring tape
Measure forearm length
mm
Wrist → elbow crease
L < 120 mm — too short for the smallest Lynk Cuff. Consider the Lumo system instead, or contact support@macu4.com.

Measure Cuff Circumferences

Take two measurements with a tailor's measuring tape. Both values are needed to determine the correct cuff size.

Tailor's measuring tape
Wrist and proximal circumference
mm
At the wrist (narrowest point)
mm
Above the wrist (toward elbow)

Determine Your Cuff Size

Use both circumference values to select the matching cuff size:

Size XS C2: 110–130 Prox.: 120–170
Size S C2: 130–150 Prox.: 140–190
Size M C2: 150–180 Prox.: 190–240
Size L C2: 180–200 Prox.: 240–330

Your Lynk Cuff Recommendation

Based on your measurements, here is the cuff configuration to order:

Tips

  • If measurements fall between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort. In this case, more cushioning can be used distally (where your wrist is).
  • For forearm lengths under 120 mm, the arm is too short for the smallest Lynk cuff — consider the Lumo System instead.
